     I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I use and appreciate your products.  This past weekend, I was able to salvage a horribly neglected, full-coated collie, using your Ultra Wash, Ultra Plenish Conditioner and Ultra Vitalizing Mist.  In the past, I would have suggested sacrificing the poor animal's coat and clipped him down.  But let me tell you how I saved his coat.

     First, I did clip between his hind legs in this groin area, because this area would have been too sensitive to comb out.  After trimming nails and cleaning ears, I put him in the tub; I did not do any pre-brushing at all.  I then spent about 15 minutes working in the Ultra Wash shampoo, using it pretty much full strength.  I then used a plastic curry brush to work the shampoo in even more.   After rinsing, I used the Ultra Plenish Conditioner, full strength.  Again, I used the curry brush to work it in and at this point, the mats and undercoat started to loosen up.  I worked the conditioner in with my fingers to separate the mats, and I used the brush to "scruff-up" the coat.  The conditioning cycle took ten minutes.  After rinsing and towel drying, I worked in the Ultra Vitalizing Mist, again concentrating on the mats, working it in with my fingers.  Once I turned the dryer on him and the coat started to dry, the mats and undercoat started to come out by the handful.  When  a section was
mostly dry I would start using the rakes, slickers and combs on him.  By the time he was dry he was about 90% combed out.  He then went over to the finishing table for a more refined comb out and trim up.  From start to finish he took about 3 hours, but  I was able to charge "big bucks" because he went home still looking true to his breed.

     I tell every groomer I know about your products and those who have tried it agree that they work miracles.  If they at first don't believe me, I tell them to start with a small Pomeranian or a Shetland Sheepdog.  (One time I used this system on a Sheltie and when I turned the dryer on him, a mat from his britches literally fell to the floor.)

   I tell these groomers that the Best Shot system is, by far, the single most effective tool that I have in my grooming arsenal.  My shop is located in a rural area, so I get a lot of monster truck barn dogs coming in.  I use this system on all these hairy beasts.  Even if I am shearing down a dog, I find that using this system helps to lift the coat away from the hide so that I can obtain a neater and easier clip once they are dry.  Not only is it easier on the dogs, but it is also easier on the groomer.  And the owners cannot believe how beautiful their animals are after I use these products on them.  I have several owners of German Shepherd Dogs, Labrador Retrievers, and Huskies, who now schedule their dogs on a regular basis for their "bath and blow-out," and they marvel at how this reduces the shedding in between visits.
